There are a lot of personal trainers in Vancouver, WA. What sets us apart is our focus is on your holistic health and fitness. Strength, flexibility and balance are essential foundations for combating entropy as we get older. They are important for aging gracefully. Integrated into the foundation of a healthy body are spiritual and mental components. Our integration of these disciplines, especially with our larger team of health practitioners at Vancouver Wellness Studio, gives you access to a complete tool kit for healthy, balanced living.
Ron Bryan, NASM - CPT, CES
Owner, TruFit Personal Fitness
Ron is a certified personal trainer who has a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals through customized workouts. His programs have also helped people with chronic issues (depression, pain, poor sleep, illness, hormone issues) find relief and breakthroughs.
He has over 20 years in the fitness industry, giving clients who are ready to change the science-based movements they need to achieve their goals.
Ron’s personal fitness philosophy:
“Life constantly throws punches at you. By building strength, flexibility and balance, you’ll have what it takes to bob and weave, so you don’t have to absorb 100% of the punches. A lot of them will swing and miss when you have the right fitness foundation.”

Emma Kate Roberts
Trainer, TruFit Personal Fitness
Emma is a certified personal trainer that takes pride in helping her clients reach their fitness goals in a way that keeps them engaged and motivated. Worlds away from cookie-cutter exercise programs, Emma customizes her workouts for each client’s goals, strengths and limitations.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, get toned and gain muscle, or train for a specific event, Emma will help you meet it – and have fun while doing it. Along the way, she’ll teach you the proper form so you’ll have the confidence of knowing you are improving effectively and safely.
Besides personal training for individuals, she also leads group exercise classes.
Emma’s personal fitness philosophy:
“Your body has been there for you since day one, you MUST take care of it. There are twenty-four hours in a day, you can carve out one hour for yourself. Motivation won’t always find its way into your workouts, so you must discipline yourself into moving your body even when you’re not in the mood. With that being said, it’s just as important to listen to your body and rest when you absolutely need it.”
Michelle Lankey Mone

Michelle loves to see her clients get to a place where they realize their fitness goals are within reach. That moment when the lightbulb comes on, and they see the dramatic progress they are making – that is what the journey is all about.
As a certified personal trainer, Michelle specializes in creating workout programs tailored to each customer’s specific needs and goals. Her science-based approach considers strength, flexibility and an individual’s history to build a workout program designed to get results.
She knows that mindset makes a huge difference in progress and outcomes – so she guides her clients in helpful perspectives that contribute to success.
